This waterfront wonderland is a great place to live, work and play.

Cape Coral is one of Florida’s most desirable cities. With over 400 miles of fresh and saltwater canals it is a boater’s dream-come-true. Just minutes from pristine beaches and Gulf waters, Cape Coral really does have something for everyone!

The oldest part of Cape Coral is the southeast where the Cape Coral Yacht and Racquet Club still stands since the early 60’s. There you will find a Tahitian style beach, a 620’ fishing pier, tennis and racquet courts, and an Olympic size swimming pool.

Cape Coral is a city to live in comfortably. The crime rate is low; the quality of life is high, and the sunsets – spectacular!

Sunset

Cape Coral offers several excellent restaurants, a water park with the appropriate name “Sun Splash”, several shopping centers, parks, tennis courts, and various golf courses. Area native Mike Greenwell of the Boston Red Sox fame owns a fun park on Pine Island Road where you can test your batting average, in-line skate, and go-kart race (among other things).

The climate here is second to none, with 335 days of sunshine a year, daytime temperatures averaging in the 70’s during dry season in winter and in the 90’s during the wetter, summer months.
