You will find Villa Provence in the up-and-coming Northwest of Cape Coral, Florida. It is situated on a corner lot in a calm but still easily accessible area. From Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers it will just take about 40 relaxed minutes by car as even first-time visitors to Florida will not have problems in finding Villa Provence.


The Western exposure of sun-filled Villa Provence will provide an excellent place to enjoy the fantastic Floridian sunsets at the pool.


With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as the open living/dining area the completely equipped Villa Provence offers enough room for up to six persons. The all-year-round warm temperatures of Southwest Florida will, however, probably make the pool area to the center of your stay.

If needed, the “baby-fence” will separate the pool deck from the pool, so that little children can play at the pool deck and under the covered lanai without direct “supervision” by their parents.
